Experienced Sprinkler Service Technician
Fireguard, a leading commercial fire protection company in the Mid-Atlantic region, is currently seeking an experienced sprinkler technician with outstanding customer service skills to join our service team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to service calls.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and performing repairs on customers’ fire sprinkler systems.
- Identifying code and non-conformance issues.
- Completing service tickets in compliance with company standards.
- Minimum of 4 years related experience in a sprinkler service technician capacity.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Ability to be available on-call when scheduled.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Compensation: Competitive base pay and benefits package, in addition to on-call compensation.
